With all the uncertainty going on, I hope things are going well for you and yours.

Here are some reflective questions that I’m using to rise above. I thought they might be helpful to you as well.

Take some time and answer these questions for yourself…

  1. What am I grateful for today?
  2. What expectations of “normal” do I choose to let go of today?
  3. When will I go outside today?
  4. How will I stay active today?
  5. What hope will I create, cultivate or give to others today?
  6. Who am I checking in on or connecting with today?

So, with that last question in mind…
